Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Shivam Shukla, counsel appearing for the complaint.
The petition seeks quashing of an FIR dated 26.04.2020 giving rise Case Crime No. 67 of 2020 under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 IPC & 3/4 D.P. Act, Police Station Kakadeo, District Kanpur Nagar.
At the very outset counsel for the third respondent, complainant has stated that a charge- sheet has been filed against the petitioners 1 to 3 and filed a final report has been furnished as regards petitioners 4 and 5.
In view of the statement so made by counsel for the third respondent, the petition has manifestly been rendered infructuous as is dismissed as such.
