Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhishek Sharma, who appeared for the respondent Bank.
Admittedly, all that is appended with this petition is a notice issued by the bank inviting the petitioner to participate in a one time settlement scheme. It is admitted and conceded that neither the original borrower nor the guarantor complied with this notice or took benefits of the O.T.S. Scheme.
In any case and since presently no coercive action has been taken, the Court finds no ground to entertain this writ petition, which shall stand dismissed.
