Mr. Ram Raj Pandey, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not want to press the present application, as he has not filed the summoning order, therefore, the same be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file a fresh application enclosing the copy of the summoning order.

The present application is accordingly dismissed as not pressed with liberty as aforesaid.
Certified copy of the charge-sheet shall be returned to the learned counsel for the applicants after retaining a photo copy of the same to be kept on record.
