JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.
T.R. Mishra, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner workman has expired. The learned Labour Court has awarded 20% backwages and the respondents have preferred a writ petition challenging the same award passed in Reference (LCA) No.125 of 2001 by way of writ petition being Special Civil Application No.5944 of 2008 and the said petition is to come up for hearing on 18.7.2008.
Hence, NOTICE returnable on 18.7.2008. Direct service is permitted.
