ORDER Petitioner’s counsel is absent.
This petition is filed seeking to quash the order of detention dated 29.09.2018 and the confirmation order dated 09.10.2018.
2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent – State submits that the period of detention having been expired, the detenue has also been released. Hence, nothing further survives for consideration.
In view of the submissions made, the petition stands disposed off.
