3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that since anticipatory bail was granted to the respondent by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai, he has filed a petition before the same Court for cancellation of bail. Hence, this petition may be closed.
4. Recording the said submission of the learned Public Prosecutor(crl.side), the criminal original petition is closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
