JUDGMENT / ORDER

Ld. Advocates representing both the parties mutually agree to extend the time for disposal of temporary injunction application exh. 5 pending before the trial Court and mutually submit that now the trial Court may be directed to dispose of the said application in accordance with law on or before 16/7/2012.
Accordingly, the trial Court shall comply with the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 04/05/2012 in Appeal From Order No. 161/2012, on or before 16/7/2012. Accordingly the application stands disposed of.
