WRIT PETITION NO. 22422 OF 2007 ORAL ORDER:
When this writ petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the parties herein submitted that the issue raised in the present writ petition is covered by the order passed in W.P. No.1124 of 2009, directing the first respondent – Industrial Tribunal, Warangal to entertain the petition filed by the petitioner under Sec. 2A(2) of the Industrial Disputes Act, through the authorized person, if it is otherwise in order.
Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the order dated 4.2.2009 passed in W.P. No. 1124 of 2009 declaring the notices dated 23.8.2007 issued by the first respondent rejecting the authorization of petitioners representative in I.D. Nos. 76, 77, 78, 131 and 135 of 2005 as illegal. No order as to costs.
