(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) Learned Counsel Mr.Yadav states that he will take instructions as to whether the Official Liquidator is aware about the fact that DRT proceedings are pending at the instance of the present appellant. He will take further instructions if that part is correct, who will be appearing before the DRT and defend the case by engaging a Lawyer.
