1. Mr.
J.S.Yadav, learned Advocate appearing for the Official Liquidator has tendered the further report filed by the Liquidator in pursuance to the order dated 28.2.2012 passed by this Court (Coram : Hon'ble Mr. Justice K.M. Thaker).

Considering the averments made in the said report, the Official Liquidator has addressed a letter dated 5.3.2012 whereby various Forums have been requested to notify the same on Notice Board at the respective places. It is further submitted that about 14 applications have been received pursuant to the advertisement and 03 Advocates have also applied prior to the date of issue of Notice.

Considering the said report and in view of the request made by Mr. Yadav, learned Advocate for the Official Liquidator, the Official Liquidator is directed to complete the scrutiny of applications and finalise the list of the proposed Advocates to be empanelled and produce the said list so finalised before this Court. This Court (Coram: K.M.Thaker, J.) vide order dated 28.2.2012 had also observed thus :

Therefore, until the said process is concluded the OL is directed to file appropriate report within period of 10 days after finalizing (upon considering the experience and other relevant aspects) the names of the advocates who are willing to appear in the proceedings on behalf of OL before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Railway Tribunal, Labour Court, Civil Court and other fora where the OL is required to prosecute or defend the proceedings. After such list is finalized the OL shall immediately seek sanction of the Court to engage services of the advocates. In the report OL shall also mention the professional fees to be paid to the advocates. Such report shall be filed within two weeks from today.

The said direction is not carried out by the Official Liquidator and therefore the Official Liquidator is also further directed to file appropriate report along with the names of Advocates finalised as above, Forum wise including the details of the provisional fees to be paid to the Advocates who are to be empanelled. Such report shall be filed by 16.04.2012. S.O. to 16.04.2012.
