1. The grievance of petitioners is that their restoration/ recall application dated 29.01.2015 filed to recall the order dated 28.01.2015 passed by Tehsildar, Tehsil Belthara Road, District Ballia in Mutation Case No. 2739/2015, Computer Case No. T201515090702739, under Section 34/35 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006, is pending before Respondent-2, Tehsildar, Tehsil Belthara Road, District Ballia since 2015 and the same has not been decided so far.
2. Learned Standing Counsel fairly states that in case aforesaid application is still pending and has not been disposed of, the same may be considered and decided expeditiously.
3. In view of the above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this writ petition is disposed of finally with a direction to Competent Authority to decide petitioners' aforesaid recall/ restoration application and pass appropriate reasoned order after affording opportunity of hearing to all concerned parties within a period of three months from today.
