Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondent nos. 1 and 2.
Notice need not to be sent to the respondent nos. 3 and 4, at this stage.
It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that mutation proceedings under Section 34 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2.
No useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, as such, respondent no. 2/Assistant Collector/Tehsildar, Tehsil Deoria, District Deoria, is directed to decide the case no. 4049 of 2015 (Computerized Case No. T- 20150520014049 (Indrawati Devi Vs. Narvadeshwar), in accordance with law, preferably within a period of next six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order downloaded from the website of the High Court, after hearing all the parties concerned.
Writ petition stands disposed of.
