Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding Tehsildar (Judicial) Madiyahun, District Jaunpur to decide the Case No. 673, Indravati Vs. Budhiram under Section 34 of the U.P. Land Revenue Act, village Ranipur, Pargana and Tehsil Madiyahun, District Jaunpur pending in the Court of Tehsildar (Judicial) Madiyahun, District Jaunpur within a stipulated period by this Hon'ble Court."
It is stated that a mutation case filed by the petitioner is pending consideration since the year 2011.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 1/Tehsildar (Judicial) Madiyahun, District Jaunpur to decide the case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him.
