Sri Rohit Verma, learned Standing Counsel states that final order under Section 122-B had been passed on 24 January 2018. He further states that aggrieved by the same, the encroachers have preferred an appeal which is stated to be pending before the Collector.
Sri Verma states that subject to the outcome of the appeal, the Assistant Collector shall take further action as may be warranted in accordance with law.
The application shall stand disposed of.
