Shri Gyan Chandra Yadav, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the opposite party No. 2 informs the Court that this revision was filed against the grant of interim maintenance and now, the learned Lower Court has decided the maintenance application of the opposite party No. 2 filed under Section 125 of Cr.P.C. Thus, the revision has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed as such.
Accordingly, the revision is dismissed as having become infructuous.
Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
