Learned counsel for the applicant states that he does not want to press the application and the same may be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file bail application before the court of competent jurisdiction.
In view of the above, the present application is dismissed as not pressed without prejudice to the right of the applicant to apply for bail as may be advised.
