JUDGMENT Learned counsel for the appellant has filed a Memo stating that the dispute between the parties has been settled before the Lok Adalath on 13.07.2019 in Execution No.3084 of 2018 and time for vacating the premises is extended till 31.05.2022 and the compromise petition has also been filed in that regard. A copy of the order sheet and the compromise petition filed in the said Execution Case is also appended and the same is produced along with the Memo.
2. In view of the settlement of the dispute between the parties, before the Lok Adalath, on 13.07.2019 the appeal is disposed of in terms of the said settlement.
3. Registry to refund 75% of the Court fee paid by the appellant under Section 66(2)(c) of the Karnataka Court-Fees and Suits Valuation Act, 1958, to the appellant.
4. In view of disposal of the appeal, pending applications, if any, stand disposed.
