(Crime No.1/2008). ..Respondent Prayer:- Criminal Revision Petition is filed under Section 397 r/w. 401 Cr.P.C., against the order passed by the Special Judge/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vellore in Crl.M.P.No.565 of 2014 by dismissing the discharge petition filed by the petitioner herein on 30.06.2016.
Criminal Miscellaneous petition is filed under order IV Rule 9(4) of A.S.Rules to condone the delay of 290 days in re-presenting the above Crl.R.C.No.SR46351 of 2016.
