JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.Keyur Gandhi, learned advocate for M/s.Nanavati Associates, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the prayers made in the petition have been redressed, and as the "No Objection Certificate" has already been granted to the petitioners, the petition no longer survives. He has tendered a copy of the "No Objection Certificate dated 27.02.2012, and a copy of the communication dated 12.03.2012, from the petitioners authorizing him to withdraw the petition, which are taken on the record of the petition.
Upon the above statement being made by the learned advocate for the petitioners, permission to withdraw the petition is granted.
The petition is disposed of as withdrawn. The ad-interim relief, granted earlier, is vacated. Notice is discharged.
