The order sheet does not show that issues have been framed. The case, it appears, was on two occasions dismissed for want of prosecution and thereafter restored.
The defendant is aggrieved by the interim injunction which has been granted in favour of the plaintiff.
Under such circumstances, it is being directed that the Suit being Suit No. 1288 of 2006 itself may now be decided within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. Adjournment shall be granted only under very pressing circumstances and that too after imposing heavy costs on the party seeking adjourment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
