JUDGMENT / ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] The writ petitioner is aggrieved by the manner in which the parapet wall has been built on the Cauvery River Bridge, Trichy.
2.This writ petition has been filed by an expert committee. It is contended that the construction of new parapet wall is not in terms of standard specifications. Several other technical defects have been highlighted in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition. The petitioner has also given a representation on 07.12.2015 in this regard.
3.This Court directs the third respondent to enquire into the matter and pass appropriate orders within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
