In pursuance to the order passed on last date of hearing, Bailiff has submitted report and according to which, respondent no.3 is not having any house at the given address. Learned counsel representing Insurance Company has submitted that respondent No.3 is a formal party as he is owner of the vehicle. As such, service qua respondent No.3 be dispensed with. Ordered accordingly. Now, appeal be listed as per turn.
