Sri Dhirendra Kumar Srivastava, Advocate, has put in appearance on behalf of contemnor-opposite party and filed an affidavit. He also filed an affidavit sworn by the contemnor Sri Chandra Bhan Singh.
We have perused the averments made in paragraphs 3, 4 and 5 of the affidavit, wherein Chandra Bhan Singh (Contemnor) has tendered his unconditional apology and has also given an assurance that in future there will be no complaint against the conduct of the contemnor.
In view of the unconditional apology tendered by the contemnor-opposite party Chandra Bhan Singh, the notices of contempt issued against him are hereby discharged. The proceedings as initiated in pursuance of the order of this Court are dropped.
However, we are placing the contemnor Chandra Bhan Singh under caution that in case, in future he commits any misconduct or any other act contemptuous on his part is reported to this Court, the Court will take serious view and proceed against him in accordance with law.
Contempt application stands disposed of accordingly.
