JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise all the points raised in the revision, during the course of trial and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to raise all the points raised in the revision during the course of trial. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
