JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the prayer in the writ petition has already been complied with by the M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J., AP respondents and hence, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He has circulated a letter dated 20.12.2016 to the Registry as well as made an endorsement in the writ petition to that effect. 2 In view of the submission of the letter dated 20.12.2016 to the Registry and the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
