JUDGMENT / ORDER

This petition is filed to review the order dated 16 November 2016 in Tr.C.M.P.No.621 of 2016, transferring the matrimonial proceedings from the Subordinate Court, Ponamallee to the Family Court, at Coimbatore.
2. Heard the petitioner, who appeared as party in person. I have also heard the learned counsel for the respondent.
3. This Court, taking into account the fact that connected proceedings in M.C.No.130 of 2016 is pending before the Family Court @ Coimbatore, directed transfer of the proceedings in HMOP No.283 of 2016 from the file of Sub Court, Poonamallee, to the Family Court, Coimbatore, for disposal on merits. Subsequently, the petitioner filed this review petition.
4. When this matter came up for hearing on 2 March 2017, the petitioner who appeared in person, submitted that he would be satisfied in case he is permitted to appear before the Family Court at Coimbatore on effective dates of hearing without making it compulsory to attend on all the hearing dates. The order dated 2 March 2017 reads thus :-
Heard the petitioner who appeared in person and the learned counsel for the respondent.
2. According to the petitioner, he is more concerned about the direction to appear before the Family Court, Coimbatore. He would contend that in case he is permitted to appear before the Family Court, Coimbatore, on the effective dates of hearing and a further direction to the Family Court, Coimbatore, to dispose of the matter within a period of six months, he would not oppose the request made by the respondent to transfer the proceedings to the Family Court, Coimbatore.
3. In view of the said submission and with a view to pass comprehensive order in review application taking into account the submission made by the petitioner, the delay is condoned.
4. The Registry is directed to number the review application and post on 8 March 2017 @ 1.45 p.m. in the Chamber.
5. The petitioner is residing at Chennai. The residence of the first respondent is at Coimbatore. In view of the difficulties projected by the petitioner, there shall be an order directing the Family Court, Coimbatore, to dispense with the personal appearance of the petitioner on the normal days of hearing, subject to the condition that he shall appear on all the effective dates of hearing.
6. The learned Judge Family Court, Coimbatore, is directed to dispose of the matrimonial proceedings as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
7. The review petition is disposed of with the above terms. No costs.
