JUDGMENT / ORDER

The matter was listed for hearing on 08.12.2016 and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that he handed over the entire papers to the parties and he has given change of vakalath. V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.
rts Hence, Registry is directed to print the name of the petitioner and list the matter on 03.01.2017. When the matter was came up for hearing on 03.01.2017, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Hence, the Registry was directed to list the matter today i.e., 05.01.2017 under the caption For dismissal.
2. Even today, though the matter is listed under the caption For dismissal, when the matter was called, no one has represented the petitioner.
3. Therefore, the criminal revision petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
