This revision has been filed against the order dated 29.7.2002 passed by the Special Judicial Magistrate, Ballia in Case No. 469 of 2002, whereby the maintenance was awarded to the opposite party no. 2- Smt. Shabnam Ara in the proceeding under Section 125 Cr.P.C. The maintenance was granted to the opposite party no.2- Smt. Shabnam Ara at the rate of Rs. 500/- per month and her first four minor daughters at the rate of Rs. 400/- per month each while her two minor daughters were granted maintenance at the rate of Rs. 300/- per month.
I have gone through the judgement of the court below and find that no illegality or infirmity has been committed by the court below while awarding maintenance to the opposite party no.2 and her six minor daughters.
Revision has no force and is, accordingly, dismissed.
