JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Petitioner seeks for a direction to the first respondent to dispose of the revision filed against the order of the second respondent arising out of the patta proceedings.
2. Mr.T.S.Mohammad Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.
4. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though he has filed the revision on 29.12.2016 before the first respondent against the order of the second respondent, the same has not yet been disposed of.
5.In view of the same, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner on the merits of the matter, this Writ petition is disposal of only by directing the 1st respondent to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner dated 29.12.2016 on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity of hearing to the rival parties. Such exercise shall be done by the first respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
