JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner seeks to transfer the complaint filed by him in C.No.5404 of 2016 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent office, since the issue connected to the present complaint is inquired into by the third respondent.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has no serious objection for transferring the said complaint.
3. Hence, the complaint of the petitioner in C.No.5404 of 2016 pending on the file of the second respondent is transferred to the file of the third respondent. The third respondent, viz. Economic Offences Wing, Chennai is directed to act upon the said complaint in accordance with law.
4. The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
