This writ petition is directed against the orders dated 22.5.2018, whereby petitioners have been transferred on administrative ground from Agra to Mainpuri. The order is challenged on the ground that certain allegations were made against the petitioners, which have not been found to be proved as per the report dated 9.4.2017. Contention is that petitioners' transfer is wholly unwarranted.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioners have been continuing in Agra for last more than 10 years, and since there are no allegations of malafide or violation of statutory rules, the order of transfer is not liable to be interfered with.
Admittedly, petitioners hold transferable post and the transfer is an incidence of service. Petitioners have been continuing in Agra for last more than 10 years. There is no malafide or violation of rules alleged. In such circumstances, no interference with order of transfer is called for.
Writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed.
