Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel.
This petition challenges an order pursuant to which the engagement of the petitioner as Village Guard on the payment of honorarium has come to be disengaged. As is evident from the order impugned, it has come to passed after calling for an explanation from the petitioner. The order refers to material existing on record which establishes the involvement of the petitioner in the commission of crimes and also being derelict in the discharge of his duties.
Consequently no interference is warranted. The writ petition is dismissed.
