Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material brought on record.
By way of the instant application, the applicant has sought for quashment of the entire proceedings of complaint and its summoning order dated 16.12.2017 as well as non bailable warrant dated 8.3.2019 and 28.3.2019 passed by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 13, Agra in complaint Case No. 1766 of 2017( Idu Vs. Ikram@ Vikram and others) under section 498-A I.P.C. and section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act, P.S. Iradat Nagar district Agra pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No. 13 Agra.
The applicant was on interim bail. He appeared before the court concerned on two or three times but at one time he could not appear before the court concerned that is why warrant has been issued against him.
If the applicant could not appear before the court concerned, it is for the applicant to move an application before the court concerned in this regard. There is no need to make any direction in this regard. The applicant is required to participate in the proceedings and to abide by the terms of the interim bail. The applicant may move a proper application before the court concerned at his convenience.
With this observation this application is finally disposed of.
