JUDGMENT / ORDER

The disputes in this case have been amicably settled through mediation conducted by the Ernakulam Mediation Centre. The report of the Mediator as well as the memorandum of settlement forms part of the record.
In view of the above, this writ petition is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of settlement arrived at, at the instance of the mediation conducted by the Ernakulam Mediation Centre.
