For the order proposed to be passed by this Court, it is unnecessary to issue notice to the respondent no. 3.
It is a case of the petitioner that her husband late Abdul Rehman was a Class IV employee in Nagar Palika Parishad, Acchnera, District Agra. He retired in 2004 and he also died on 19.7.2006. The petitioner, being dependent upon her husband, is now dependent on the family pension that is to be given by the respondent no. 3. The petitioner has made several representations in this regard to the respondent no. 3. The last such representation made by her was on 28.11.2017. Till date, payment of family pension has not been started and the petitioner has been suffering for the last twelve years.
This writ petition is disposed of, without entering into the merits of the controversy, with the direction to the respondent no. 3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner as raised in the representation and pass a reasoned and speaking order thereon strictly in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it. In case, any dues are admissible, the same shall also be ensured to be paid within one month thereafter.
