Heard Sri Ram Raksha Tiwari, learned counsel for the applicants and learned Additional Government Advocate for the State.
This correction application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 29th May, 2018.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that in the fourth line of second paragraph of the order dated 29th May, 2018, the description of Complaint Case number has wrongly been mentioned as "779 of 205", whereas the correct Complaint Case Number is "779 of 2005". Similarly, in the sixth line but last of the third paragraph of the order dated 29th May, 2018 Section has wrongly been mentioned as "Section 125", whereby as the correct Section is "Section 125 (3)" and in the fifth line but last of the third paragraph, Annexure number has wrongly been mentioned as "Annexure No. 1", whereas the correct Annexure Number is "Annexure No. 11". He, therefore, submits that the aforesaid mistakes be corrected accordingly.
Prayer made is bona fide. The same is, accordingly, allowed.
In place of Complaint Case No. "779 of 205" occurring in the fourth line of second paragraph order dated 29th May, 2018, Complaint Case No. "779 of 2015" shall be read. Similarly, in place of "Section 125" occurring in the sixth line but last line of the third paragraph of the order dated 29th May, 2018, "Section 125 (3)" shall be read and in place of "Annexure No.1" occurring in the fifth line but last of the third paragraph of the order dated 29th May, 2018, "Annexure No. 11" shall be read.
This correction shall form part of the order dated 29th May, 2018.
With the aforesaid directions, the present correction application stands finally disposed of.
