The present petition has been filed for a direction upon the court concerned to consider and decide Application 6-C of the petitioner in Original Suit No.420 of 2014.
From the order sheet of the case it does not appear that any date has been fixed for consideration of Application 6-C. The orders of the last few dates indicate that some other applications have been taken up for consideration.
In case application 6-C is pending and there is urgency for its consideration, then the appropriate course for the petitioner is to approach the court concerned and move an application for its consideration.
With the aforesaid liberty, the petition is disposed of.
