JUDGMENT / ORDER

(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE KS JHAVERI) The present application is filed by the convict through jail seeking temporary bail for a period of 60 days so as to shift his children from Rajasthan Madrasa School to Ahmedabad.
Heard learned APP Mr.Patel.
Considering the contents of the application, the jail remarks and considering the contents of the report, we are not inclined to grant this application. Hence, the application is rejected.
