This criminal appeal has been filed against the Judgement and order of conviction dated 19.12.1997 passed by Special/ Additional Sessions Judge, Pilibhit in Session Trial No.441 of 1994 sentencing the appellant to undergo rigorous imprisonment of seven years for the offence under Section 304- B I.P.C. to undergo imprisonment of one year for the offence under Section 498A I.P.C. one year R.I. for the offfence under Section 4 of Dowry Prohibition Act along with fine of Rs. 1000/-
On the notice issued to the appellant has been received back with the report of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Pilibhit dated 11.06.2021 stating therein that the sole appellant Hridesh Kumar Singh has expired.
Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed as abated.
