Notice on behalf of respondent Nos. 2 to 5 has been accepted by the office of leaned Government Advocate whereas notice on behalf of respondent No.1 has been accepted by Ms. Pooja Singh, Advocate.

Respondents to file their counter affidavit within four weeks. One weeks' time thereafter shall be available to the learned counsel for the petitioner to file rejoinder affidavit.
