By order dated 27.4.2005 in Writ Petition No.33860 of 2005, this Court, while staying the operation of the order impugned in the writ proceedings, also stayed further proceedings of the restoration application filed by respondent no.6 namely Kamla Shanker Yadav.
The instant contempt application has been filed with the allegation that despite stay of proceedings of the restoration application filed by Kamla Shanker Yadav, another application for restoration has been moved by Gaon Sabha supported by the affidavit of same person on which the court is proceeding.
Since, by the interim order, the Court has stayed the proceedings of the restoration application filed by respondent no.6, but the instant restoration application has been filed by Gaon Sabha, therefore, in the opinion of the Court, there is no violation of the interim order.
The contempt application is accordingly dismissed.
