JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. ADMIT.
The petition is fixed for final hearing on 04.05.2012.
2. The notice of hearing of this petition be advertised in 'Indian Express' and Divya Bhaskar', Vadodara Editions. Publication of notice shall appear in the aforesaid newspapers, at least 10 days before the date of hearing so fixed.
3. Notice of hearing of the petition to be served upon Central Government through the Regional Director (Ministry of Corporate Affairs), ROC Bhavan, Opp. Rupal Park Society, Behind Ankur Bus Stop, Naranpura, Ahmedabad. Publication of notice in the Government Gazette is dispensed with.
