Heard learned advocates for the parties.
It is brought to the notice of this Court that an order dated 22.2.2012 passed by the coordinate Bench (Hon'ble Mr. Justice R.M. Chhaya) by which, learned advocate for the petitioner was requested to serve an advance copy of the petition to learned advocate Mr. H.J. Nanavati who generally appears for All India Council for Technical Education ( for short "AICT"). But the effort on the part of learned advocate for the petitioner has failed.
Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy to learned advocate Mr. H.J. Nanavati who generally appears for AICT and in case of difficulty it will be open for learned advocate for the petitioner to approach this Court at the earliest.
