JUDGMENT / ORDER

In response to the notice issued by this Court, the Official Liquidator has filed a report today. In para 6 thereof, it is stated that the claims of the other workers lodged under Section 530 of the Companies Act, 1956 have been forwarded to the Chartered Accountant for verification and adjudication. In view of the above statement, the Official Liquidator is further directed to submit the report latest by 15.6.2012. S.O. to 18.6.2012.
