1. Notice only for the purpose of granting some reasonable time to the petitioner to vacate the suit premises as she is aged about 70 years and staying alone and reported to be doing some household work, making it returnable on 01/05/2012. Respondent be served through Regd.Post A.D. also, over and above the regular service, at the cost of the petitioner.
2. In the meantime, the petitioner to keep ready the Undertaking to the effect that she will vacate the premises and hand over peaceful and vacant possession to the landlord on or before 15/04/2013 and she shall continue to make payment of rent every month due and payable regularly and she will not transfer and/or alienate the suit premises in question to any other person.
Direct service is permitted.
