Hiraben vs Devraj

One Sonu, the daughter of the appellant Hiraben, has appeared before us. She has expressed unwillingness to avail of the legal aid. She states that she wants to request the learned advocate Mr.Mangukiya, who had earlier represented the appellant, to continue to represent the appellant. She, therefore, seeks time.
