Heard Mr.M.M.Tirmizi, learned advocate for the applicant and perused the relevant papers. The main matter came to be disposed of on 30.04.2010 for want of removal of office objections.
Mr.M.M.Tirmizi, learned advocate for the applicant submits that he shall remove the office objections within two weeks, if this application is allowed and the main matter is restored.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the instant application is allowed, condoning the delay, if any, in term of Para-7(A) of this application and Special Criminal Application No.462 of 2010 is ordered to be restored with the condition that the office objections, if any, shall be removed within two weeks hereof. The application stands disposed of, accordingly.
