Heard Mr. Ajay Kumar Yadav, Advocate holding brief of Mr. Santosh Tripathi, learned counsel for the applicants and learned A.G.A. for the State.
This correction application has been filed seeking correction in the order dated 9th August, 2018.
Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the description of the Complaint Case has wrongly been mentioned as "Complaint Case No. 158 of 2018" in the fifth line of the second paragraph of the order dated 9th August, 2018, whereas the correct description is "Complaint Case No. 62 of 2018". He, therefore, submits that the order dated 9th August, 2018 be corrected accordingly.
Prayer made for is bona fide. Accordingly, the same is allowed.
In place of "Complaint Case No. 158 of 2018" as occurring in the fifth line of the second paragraph of the order dated 9th August, 2018, "Complaint Case No. 62 of 2018" shall be read.
This correction shall form part of the earlier order dated 9th August, 2018.
With the aforesaid directions, the present application stands finally disposed of.
