The only prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to Family Court, Allahabad to decide Matrimonial Case No.1456 of 2014 under Section 13 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 within a time specified by this Court.
Counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is duly complying with the order dated 22.11.2017 awarding interim maintenance to the opposite party.
If that is correct, the trial court shall ensure that the proceedings of the case are conducted having due regard to the provisions of Section 21-B of the Act.
The petition stands disposed of accordingly.
