2. The learned counsel for the respondents states that on inspection it was found that actually there were no bunk shops at the site and without the same the present petitions have been filed by incorrectly stating that there are some bunk shops which need protection.
In view of the aforesaid, these petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, M.P.No.1 of 2014 (four petitions) are closed.
